I have 2 kids under the age of 4. The FDA has not approved any cold or flu medicine with the same active ingredients adults use for children under the age of 4. That means the whole house suffers when the kids are sick. I use a cube of this when we bathe the kids to help clear their stuffy noses and help them sleep. BONUS: us parents use this in the shower for a quick spa experience! It’s quite long lasting and the scent pleasantly lingers briefly even when the cube has disintegrated. I’ll be purchasing for new parents and anyone with young kids! Perfect for the upcoming flu and cold season.
